Self Catering Tariff per week - 2009/2010

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday:

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due six weeks before your stay. A reminder will be sent by email two weeks before the final balance is due. Bookings made eight weeks or less before the start of the rental should be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Payment methods:-

• Personal Cheque or Postal Order
• Bank Transfer
• Paypal (n.b. when paying by Paypal, you should pay the necessary fees)

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £150 is required at the same time as the final balance is paid - payable by any of the above methods. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment has been completed.

Weekend or Short Breaks
It may be possible to stay for shorter periods outside of the main holiday periods, subject to availability and a minimum booking of three nights. Weekend or short break bookings can only usually be booked within four weeks of the holiday date.

The availability calendar is updated regularly, but please contact us to check the latest availability or for more information. For stays of less than a week, the nightly rate will be 20% of the weekly rate for the relevant period, subject to a minimum charge of £70 per night.

CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR 2010/11
Because Christmas Day 2010 is a Saturday, the changeover days for Christmas / New Year bookings will be Monday 27th December and Monday 3rd January.

** Guests wishing to book w/c 18th December have the option of a nine night stay arriving on Saturday 18th December and leaving on the morning of Monday 27th December at a rate of £700 or a seven night stay, arriving on Monday 20th December and leaving on Monday 27th December at a rate of £540.
